connected v1.0.0

I bumped connected up to version 1.0, just because it was v0.9 for too long now and "v0.10" looks like it would never reach v1.0 at all. Also, spell chekcing, and support for a monospaced font!

• fixed missing undo entry when removing a complete text
• fixed resetting caret in text input window
• fixed scroll bar in text input window
• fixed empty input fields receiving the localisation key after reload
• add spell checker (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• fixed the occasional \r at the end of input fields
• added support for a monospace font (Inconsolata) in text and input fields
