Some more small fixes and changes for connected. Changelog:

• changed mouse-over area of resizer gizmo to be more precise
• fixed "File options" label visible in Load window
• reduced width of tabs in texts
• improved rendering of the mono-spaced font on low zoom levels, hopefully
• added Mod.RebuildNode(bool) to the config API (pro only; experimental) 
• fixed connection lines not visible when there's no node on screen
