added logo and background to start menu
added a rudimentary Credits screen in the start menu
fixed volume settings not being saved
improved (continuous) movement a bit, you also become slightly faster
added a rudimentary Help screen in the start menu and ingame, showing the controls only for now (controls will be rebindable later on)
